Participation
Parents and guardians remain responsible for their children’s supervision, safety and behaviour throughout each event. Please follow venue rules and event-team instructions.
Bookings and cancellations
Paid places are confirmed only after payment. Unless an event listing states otherwise, tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred by contacting the team before the event. If Dad Club DXB cancels an event, affected guests will be offered a refund or transfer.
Changes
Times, venues, activities and inclusions may change where circumstances require. We will make reasonable efforts to notify booked guests.
Conduct
Dad Club DXB is an inclusive community. Harassment, unsafe conduct or behaviour that disrupts the experience may result in removal from an event or community channel.
Liability
Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. Please tell the team and relevant venue of allergies, medical needs or accessibility requirements before participating.
Photography
Events may be photographed or filmed for community and promotional use. Tell the team on arrival if you do not consent to identifiable images of you or your child.
